The JRi MC/08 Motorcycle Damper is custom designed and built specifically for the drag race market. This product is not a road race shock that has been modified to work on the drag strip. The MC/08 offers superior response time and control with JRi’s proprietary low friction bearing design and unique piston configurations.
JRi’s piston design and very fine adjustment gives the perfect curve for drag strip, allowing superior launch characteristics, while maintaining grip all the way down the track.
Used by Bud Yoder on the RMR Hayabusa to set the pro street record of 7.115s at 203mph, users report an average 60ft time of 1.19 to 1.26s.
